Beginning in conventional leasing, disposals, and acquisitions, he worked with a wide-ranging client base of private investors, property companies, and institutions.

As occupier priorities have shifted, so has his focus. Colin has brought that same depth of experience & market insight to the flexible office sector, and now advises landlords, occupiers, and investors on realising value through flex office solutions. His advice is shaped by three decades of understanding how the office market moves, and increasingly, how occupiers work today.

Olly has worked with both commercial real estate landlords and tenants, advising on leasing and acquisitions, since joining the industry.  This enables him to provide expert advice on office locations and workspaces that meet every client brief. His previous experience working in the hospitality industry also ensures that the office brands he recommends will meet our client’s premium service expectations.

Known for building strong relationships and bringing fresh ideas to every project, Katie balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Katie is dedicated support to the Flex team. With over a decade of experience within the business, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations through comprehensive administrative, organisational, and business support.

Jermain brings over a decade's experience in the rail sector, alongside a background in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, to his work advising clients across the flexible office market. At Flex-re, he applies a structured, analytical mindset to flexible workspace transactions, supporting occupiers and operators through acquisitions, disposals, and leasing mandates across serviced offices, coworking space, and managed workspace solutions. His engineering background underpins a rigorous, detail-led approach to evaluating space, terms, and value giving clients clear, well-reasoned advice at every stage of their flexible office search or exit strategy.

Andreas graduated from the University of Reading, where he studied Real Estate BSc (Hons). He supports the team across flexible workspace transactions and lease advisory, working closely with occupiers and operators navigating the serviced office and coworking market. Andreas is keen to further develop his expertise in flexible office transactions, and asset strategy as he builds his career.
