Simon Eastlake, former Managing Director at Office Space in Town, launches a new office search company today, along with Co-Founder Colin Becker and Senior Associate Olly Becker, from Property Advisors Metrus. “Flex-Re Spaces will redefine the office brokerage model by combining the professionalism of property advisory with flexible workspace operational expertise.” said Simon. The consultancy will focus on providing bespoke office search services tailored tightly around client needs, recommending premium flexible workspace brands that will deliver on service alongside great locations, amenities and design. “Our approach offers clients a faster, simpler way to find an office that suits their brand and team culture in the right location.”
The success of the offering has already been proven with a first deal already complete; finding a London HQ for a soon to launch US sporting brand at Flex by Grosvenor’s 66 Grosvenor St space in Mayfair, in a 20 desk, 24-month deal. Simon's expertise and dedication totruly understanding our workspace offering ensured a smooth and well-coordinated transaction.”
Flex-Re Spaces will also be actively working with industry partners to create synergies and referral business. According to Simon, “The future growth of the flexible workspace sector as a whole depends on building strategic partnerships, which is why we have launched a generous Partnership Programme from day one, sharing commission with referral partners, likely to be in the agency and advisory, design and build and facilities management fields.”
That sense of collaboration is at the core of the business. The company sits alongside sister brand Flex-Re Advisory, launched in October 2025 and providing flexspace CRE advisory services to support landlords to successfully integrate flexspace into their portfolios.
