10 Great Turnstile is a purpose-built office space spanning lower ground, ground, and three upper floors. Constructed in the mid-1980s with a reinforced concrete structure, stone cladding, and double-glazed windows, it was fully refurbished in 2011. The building features a central core with an 800kg, 10-person lift serving all floors, and alternating male and female WCs on each floor. The lower ground floor includes a wellness studio with male and female changing rooms.
