A former warehouse sitting on a small side street, metres away from the hustle and bustle of Leather Lane. 16 Laystall Street was bought from Columbia Threadneedle. It was tired and under-managed.We carried out a full facade replacement, paying respect to the design ethos of regency Clerkenwell. We reconfigured and refurbished the reception, basement and first floor to a grade A standard.We also renovated the roof terrace into a sensory garden. The refurbished building has been fully let to tech, media and creative occupants.
