A bustling coworking area, gallery, events space and shared makers studios sit on the ground floor, with private studio offices above. These range from small, focused spaces for two to larger studios for growing teams, many with panoramic views over Penzance and the harbour.Like with many of our spaces, we also throw in free tea and coffee, showers, bike racks and meeting spaces too.
