The Reigate London Road Centre is located close to the ruins of Reigate Castle and a short distance from Reigate town centre. The centre, which is housed in a modern three-storey brick building, is occupied mainly by small and medium sized businesses such as those working in IT, insurance, law, shipping and media. The surrounding area is home to several blue chip companies including international pharmaceutical firms, insurance companies and media and healthcare companies. Reigate itself is a wealthy market town with an abundance of small independent shops, bars and restaurants which give it a more of a village than a town atmosphere. The centre is also close to Priory Park, a large park with a serene lake and a huge wooded area with abundant wildlife. There is free parking around the centre and Reigate train station is just two minutes away, , with direct services to London Bridge and London Victoria.
